Pepa Pombo

Pepa Pombo was born in Bogota but spent her childhood and adolescence in Peru. When she returned to Columbia she studied Fine Arts at the Universidad de los Andes, but discovered that her true passion was the design and manufacturing of haute couture.

Monica Holguin, her daughter, inherited that talent and is the promise that will make it last. Today she is internationally recognised for her sophisticated designs, but she is no the only one. A large part of the family has made fashion their element.

Textures have the property of becoming art only when they transmit sensations. Pepa Pombo achieves this with her marvellous open work and the finesses of the blends. That is why many recognise that "every Pepa Pombo dress is a piece of art, is a work of art."
