Equity & Equality

Equity and Equality are both essential, but not the same. Equity focuses on understanding and giving people what they need to thrive in life, especially justice and fairness, at the structural and systemic level. Equality focuses on ensuring that everyone has access to the same things in order to thrive in life. Our focus is to achieve this for all women, girls and people of color.
